I've become a follower of 1845. They began operations in 2019 and have earned numerous Double Gold awards from San Francisco's blind tastings. I can't recall any other company with such a track record. Nose - cola, wax, cherry, vanilla cake, sugar cookies Palate - sweet, nuts, cinnamon, spicy finish. The aroma is very pleasing. It's something you want to keep inhaling. The palate is also good, but not as polished as the nose. It improves with a little water, and I'm still seeking the ideal dilution, but it's very good overall. Cheers!
