About this bottle
San Jose's 10th Street Distillery offers this STR Cask American single malt whisky, which is not peated and is crafted from domestic 2-row barley. It undergoes a double distillation in copper pot stills and is bottled without chill filtration, using mineral-rich snowmelt from the Sierra Mountains. Maturation occurs in STR casks, treated through the Shave-Toasted-Re-charred process. The whisky is bottled at 92 proof.
