The main feature of this Innsbruck/Tyrol gin is an infusion of mountain stone pine, which also gives it a dominant fresh-cut coniferous wood scent. However, hints of juniper, citrus, and spice can be detected in the aroma, while the palate presents the wood with a bit more resinous quality and a sticky texture. Despite all the woodiness, it remains fresher and less overwhelmingly woody than Alp Gin Stone Pine.
