Nose: Intense sherry and dried grapes are upfront, with notes of molasses and caramel. As it breathes, hints of sweet pipe tobacco and wood emerge. Palate: A blend of caramel and toffee is present, alongside aged tobacco and fruit such as figs. The molasses is richer in the mouthfeel, contributing to the sweetness. Toasted nuts become noticeable as it sits. A pleasant minty coolness ties it together. Finish: Lingering sweet, very ripe fruit like figs and raisins, with traces of caramelized sugar and honey.

James Bone 5.0

This is truly exceptional. Profound, robust flavors of damsons, plums, and dark and red berries. Remarkable, but difficult to acquire as it sells out almost immediately each year.

Scotty Jiang 5.0

Mellow, with a pleasant strong lingering taste. This is a superb drink.
