Okay, let's address this quickly and simply (the review, not the spirit). It's not good. It smells like aged anise. It tastes like facial tissue. If that was the goal, then great job. Otherwise, yikes!

I generally prefer bourbons with a higher wheat content, but this is a decent option for a more traditional corn-forward bourbon. It lacks a harsh alcohol burn, has a brief finish, and doesn't have a strong oak presence.
This is a brand-new local whisky from the Pacific Northwest. Woodinville is smooth, with a slight burn at the end. If you have the chance to get this, definitely try it.
I purchased this during my recent vacation in Seattle and can confirm it's among the finest Bourbon whiskeys I've encountered... An excellent distillery!!! Cheers from Puerto Rico.
I really liked this one! I obtained it in the Seattle area and brought it back to Boston. Unfortunately, it's unavailable for online shipment here!
Prominent notes of vanilla and caramel. This is among my favorites.
