Wilda Frank 3.0

The taste is certainly pleasing. I detect hints of vanilla mingling with the spice from rye and some wood. It causes a slight tingle on the tongue, accompanied by the faintest suggestion of dark chocolate. The conclusion is uninspired, with everything fading except the aroma. Initially, and upon the first sip, I perceive the sweetness of corn alongside a good amount of bitterness. These flavors then transition to dark chocolate and blend with rye before disappearing completely.

Norris Carman 3.8

My least preferred of the Woodford Reserves I have sampled. To me, this version has a bourbon and scotch flavor profile.

Patti Dawkins 4.3

Sweet at the start, then very oaky and bitter at the end. Very good.
