Nose: fig, apple pie, Christmas fruitcake, baking spices. Taste: Orange marmalade/jelly and spices at the forefront, including cinnamon and allspice, with vanilla appearing towards the end. Served neat: Caramel, vanilla, mild holiday spices. This will be excellent in an Old Fashioned. I'm glad the holiday spices are subtle, not overwhelming like many seasonal drinks.
