This whiskey utilizes 100% "Bloody Butcher" red corn and is aged in Missouri-made Chikapin white oak barrels that have been toasted. The staves for these barrels undergo years of air-drying and weathering. As it is bottled at cask strength in single barrel batches, the ABV varies with each release.
