Appearance: Deep red. Aroma: Blackcurrant, as expected, reminiscent of Ribena with alcohol. Taste & Texture: Thankfully not overly sweet, with a light texture that avoids being cloying. It lacks an alcohol burn and presents a pleasant berry flavor balanced by a touch of acidity and tartness. Not much else to add. This was one of four samples in a distillery-issued pack of Wild liqueurs and spirits, and I found it to be among the better ones. “Above Average”: 82/100 (3.25 stars)
