A delightful Canadian whisky! The aroma is wonderfully floral and sweet, with barely any alcohol sting. It's sweet and light on the palate, offering notes of juniper and vanilla, perhaps like a cherry hard candy. The finish is a bit brief, but this is a new, young spirit from a small craft producer. I'm very eager to see their future creations! Highly recommended!
