This is very easy to drink. The aroma is sweet with a hint of oak. The palate tastes like buttered popcorn coated in caramel, followed by more caramel. It's easy to drink. The finish disappears quickly. There are no negatives here, with no discernible flaws. I wish it were a bit more readily available.

Aroma: Sweet corn, cherry, vanilla, wintergreen, and a touch of earthiness. Flavor: Sweet corn, caramel, cherry, concluding with rye spice and wintergreen mint. Overall: A highly distinctive bourbon, combining floral rye whiskey characteristics with traditional bourbon notes and a hint of funk.
This is quite puzzling. Initially, the aroma reminded me of Irish whiskey, which I don't favor. At other times, I've detected notes of honey tea. The taste might be a bit too light and sweet for my preference. A second tasting improved my opinion.
The aroma is minty with a touch of oily nuttiness. Initially, the taste is somewhat musty but resolves into a floral, fruity, well-balanced finish. I like it. Support local producers!
Presents with a sweet corn character. Very smooth. A subtle vanilla lingers, and perhaps a trace of caramel. It has a slightly grainy quality, which if absent, would make it truly excellent.
A more recent bourbon release. Vanilla on the nose. Tastes like consuming warm oatmeal with caramel sauce. Exceptionally smooth with a brief finish.
