About this bottle
Westland's Cask Exchange series highlights its Pacific Northwest roots and dedication to brewing traditions. For this specific release, Holy Mountain Brewing Co. filled port casks with their American Strong Beer, aging it with Brettanomyces yeast for over a year. Westland then used these emptied casks to mature a three-year-old single malt, made with its 5-malt barley bill, for an additional three years. This whiskey is bottled at 100 proof and is distributed in Washington state.
