Smell of ash, apples, oranges, vanilla, burnt sugar, dark chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon, oak. Taste of rich vanilla, like ice cream, burnt sugar, cherry, roasted apple, orange peel, char, dry red wine, cinnamon, oak. Very, very smooth at that proof. Sweet, spicy finish.

From a single barrel at a liquor store. The aroma is potent and grainy, featuring vanilla, wheat, caramel, oak, cherries, and toast. The taste begins hot, presenting wheat, caramel, and crème brûlée, with brown sugar.
A specific barrel selection of a weller full proof. I like the sweetness but i find the burn on this overwhelming, especially when compared side by side with owa which is a much more balanced and less “burn” dram
Uptown Market SP Prominent wheat notes and not as balanced as other SPs I've had. Pleasant rich caramel and baking notes, and a great finish. A touch of astringency.
Daveco selection. Nose: sweet upfront with some caramel and hints of cinnamon. Palate: full-bodied flavor, mild cinnamon compared to 107, with caramel, sweet wheat, and peppermint.
Group Pour Choice: Sweet, oaky, fruit cake, golden raisin, royal icing, dried cherries, oily, buttered biscuit with honey
