Charleston Distilling Co. produces this bourbon from a mash bill comprising 70% corn, 20% wheat, and 10% rye. It is matured for at least 4 years in new, charred American oak barrels and bottled at 94 proof.

Notes of brown sugar, molasses, nutmeg, and cinnamon with undertones of oak and leather. The second sip brought out some pleasant red fruit, but overall it's sweet and very easy to drink. I liked it!
Strong apple taste. Perhaps a little sweet? But it's an easy drink. Would be good in a hot toddy.
