The bottle itself is visually appealing. Nose: Classic London dry gin profile, with prominent juniper. It evokes the scent of a morning stroll through the woods in my home province. Palate: The initial taste is surprising, as you expect juniper but instead encounter herbs, lychee, lemon peel, and licorice at the forefront. The juniper then joins, creating a balanced blend. Finish: Extended, with bright citrus and pepper notes. From beginning to end, the minimal heat from this gin is striking. While not revolutionary, it's a very solid and well-balanced offering from my home province.
