Unreined bourbon full proof

Aroma of caramel and light wood. Very mellow. Flavor is honey and fig with a touch of vanilla. Excellent rich color. Very smooth despite being 113 proof. Baking spice and chocolate on the finish, with a hint of cherry at the end.
