Excellent for an old fashioned. Warm, has a pleasant bite, not overly sweet. Not bad for a craft spirit. I strongly suggest visiting their tasting room. Very helpful and friendly people!
Received this from the distillery after a fishing trip offshore in the Gulf Stream. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's smooth and full-bodied without being too strong.
