A clear agave spirit from Jalisco, Mexico crafted with Tequilana Weber & deep well water; fermented in stainless steel; twice distilled in Stainless Steel Pot; matured in former Bourbon barrels for 1 year; after which the color is removed via filtration. It presents an aromatic beginning with traces of agave, fruit, wood, nuts & spices; while a rich & complex middle adds flavors of cooked agave, tropical fruits, vanilla, oak, hazelnut & caramel; culminating in a complex, medium-length finish.
