Nose: Floral and citrus notes (orange blossom, hibiscus), juniper. Palate: A very floral experience with supporting citrus. Juniper is more pronounced than in the other two Tobermory gins. The texture is oily and rich. Finish: Medium/Long. Juniper and rosewater linger in the aftertaste. This is, in my opinion, the most enjoyable of the three Tobermory gins. It possesses a complete and balanced profile, with well-represented juniper and more natural sweetness than the Original or Coastal versions. It's delightful neat and not only holds up to dilution but actively enhances a cocktail. I would gladly purchase a full bottle of this. My only warning is if you dislike gin with a floral character. Tasted from a sample acquired at the Tobermory distillery. “Very Good”: 85/100 (4 stars)
