This is... peculiar. It starts like a light Dickel with an unusual pickle note alongside maple and red wine. A high rye spice leads to dry oak tannins. It's not dull, but unfortunately, that's not a positive in this instance. I keep revisiting it hoping for improvement or a different impression. No success.

Nose: Fruit/banana, cereal, vanilla Palate: Full-bodied, malty, toasted oak, toffee Finish: Ash, butterscotch Included in a Bourbon Charity blind tasting. Ranked third out of 5 Arizona whiskies for me. Sampled at home.
Nose: Rye Spice, Vanilla. Palate: Sweet. Finish: Abundant rye spice. Thoughts: Significantly improved when served over ice, which reduces the rye spice and enhances the sweeter notes.
Sweet, caramel. Smells pleasant, no burning sensation. The menu doesn't list alcohol content, I'm guessing it's under 100 proof. Smooth, I like it.
Very sweet with notes of caramel butterscotch and vanilla. Exceptionally smooth.
