Nose: Sweet tarts, light honey, and maple syrup. A hint of alcohol and green tea. First sip: Initially light, then becomes richer. It starts as vanilla sugar cookie and turns into a bitter barrel char. Second sip: More of the same, and I'm not the biggest fan. Simple and astringent.
