About this bottle
This single malt whisky from McHenry's & Sons Distillery marks their initial foray into whisky production, alongside their existing range of gins, vodka, and sloe gin. The distillery is situated as the southernmost in Australia. The grain utilized for this whisky originates from the renowned Sullivans Cove Distillery, also located in Tasmania. It is matured in ex-American oak bourbon barrels for a minimum of 10 years. The spirit is non-chill filtered, and each bottle is marked with its specific bottle and barrel numbers; this assessment used bottle 154 from barrel #20. Currently, it is not available in the United States.
