Nose: vanilla, corn spirit, licorice. Body: seems less aged than the distillery's standard offering, thinner, with sweet spices and floral notes. Finish: short to medium, with a pleasant warmth.
It lacked depth and the flavors faded rapidly, but the flavor profile was quite nice while it lasted. Nose: Syrup, cinnamon, honey Palate: Syrup coating, vanilla, honey Finish: Sugar cookie
