The color change is an entertaining novelty, but the gin itself is just okay. It's quite harsh when drunk neat, but much smoother and more pleasant with tonic. The overall flavor profile is somewhat floral and sweet, with undertones of citrus and berries.
Fruity and sweet in the finish, with lots of juniper. Sweet and quite good with tonic. It changes color!
