Nose of Medjool date, salty sea water, clove, honey, ginger, and lemon zest. Feels smooth and has a medium body. Tastes of more clove, salt water, lemon, and ginger – with hints of caramel and walnut. Lingers for a while. It's a little weak in power overall, but has good layers, a pleasing texture, and decent duration. 3.25/5.00 – Pretty Nice (neat)

While the initial notes are pleasing, the finish is somewhat harsh. Those who prefer smooth drinks might find it off-putting due to the creamy sensation left on the palate. Nevertheless, it's still a good whiskey.
Light and easy flavor. Better than the regular Famous Grouse. Enjoyable in its simplicity.
Smells and tastes like solvent... Terrible! Best used as a mixer only.
