The Dubh Glas Distillery Noteworthy Gin

This is a gin for serious gin enthusiasts. Packed with flavor and impact, pairing it with tonic almost diminishes it. I purchased my bottle directly from the distillery, signed by the maker!

This is quite tasty. On the nose, it brings to mind a lemon layer cake with touches of vanilla and a generous amount of juniper. The finish has a slight juniper sharpness, but it's otherwise very mellow.
