The aroma is quite fruity, reminiscent of a sweet marshmallow or Turkish delight. Notes of dark red apples and pear are present. An intriguing earthy smoke flavor emerges, less intense than some, offering a lighter, almost refreshing quality that feels unexpectedly delightful. There are also many indistinct flavors, seemingly abundant wonderful esters from the fermentation. Update: the fruity esters evoke yogurt.
