In short: It's completely adequate. Nothing extraordinary, but it tastes fine and doesn't sting. Aroma: Very sweet. Strong agave scent with subtle floral notes. Maybe a very faint cinnamon aroma too? Also lightly earthy. Texture: Very light in the mouth, and exceptionally smooth. Feels almost like oil, but in a good way. Taste: Starts with almost no flavor. Followed by a light alcohol taste and a middle section that's almost like sake. Ends with a flavor mostly of alcohol, but the agave notes become noticeable at the end.

An refined Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It begins with an aromatic profile of agave, citrus, herbs, and spices; a rich development adds notes of cooked agave, green bell pepper, and lime; concluding with a moderately long, slightly creamy, and spicy finish featuring black pepper, sea spray, and metal. Bottled across several dates from April 2016 to May 2022.
Sweet, well-rounded flavor. Suitable for sipping.
