Another tasting flight from this Takaka distillery. I much preferred the Dancing Sands selections overall. The spirits from this distillery, despite using the same water and likely similar ingredients, were not as refined or polished. They had a peculiar industrial aroma and the palate had more of a sanitizer taste. This characteristic was present throughout their offerings.
