A crisp, flavored, wheat vodka by A. de Fussigny Distillery in Cognac, France, made with organic Espelette pepper & the finest French wheat & Gensac spring water. It is hyper chill-filtered through charcoal. It has an aromatic beginning with hints of Espelette pepper, bell pepper & peppercorns; a balanced middle led to a spicy finish of medium length, adding notes of fennel & dill. July 2023
