Smells like sweet tea. Palate is sweet tea with mellow, youthful grain character that doesn't overwhelm. Finishes with grass, peanut, and a touch of mint. Sampled at Garden Cafe in York. A promising new distillery.

I find it to be thin and light. The bourbon flavors are present, but nothing truly stands out. Apologies, I'm new to spirits and don't have the proper vocabulary yet.
Very young, with a lot of ethanol on the nose, a decent mixer but not my preference for drinking neat.
Aroma: Wood, Red Apple, Lemon. Taste: Rye spice. Lingering flavor: Spearmint.
A very good blended bourbon from Maine!
It's a bit light - seems underaged.
