About this bottle
Strathearn Distillery, while awaiting its whisky to mature, has begun producing its own gin. The "Heather Rose Gin" features seven botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, citrus peels (orange and lemon), licorice root, rose petals, and heather flowers. Some of these botanicals are vapor-infused into the base spirit, while the more fragile ones are macerated with the gin after distillation. This gin is bottled at a 40% ABV.
