The rye is present on the nose with a cereal-like grain quality and delivers a significant tingly warmth on the palate, which is nicely balanced with juniper and citrus notes. This is followed by peppery cereal flavors that ultimately fade into a citrus finish. When mixed with tonic, a noticeable lime-like sourness emerges.
