Delicious and very aromatic. It has a slight heat on the palate, but a pleasant cherry note quickly soothes it. The finish is mellow and fruity, with a caramel apple sweetness.
This bottle is excellent. It has a pleasant viscous mouthfeel, perfect for sipping on a relaxing evening. I also enjoy the standard Stellum, but this one is a step up.
