About this bottle
Stein Distillery, a micro-distillery located in Joseph, Oregon, grows its own grains on the family farm for its products. Every stage of spirit creation, from farming and harvesting to distilling, bottling, and label application, is performed manually. The bourbon is aged for a minimum of two years in new, heavily charred American white oak casks and is bottled at 80 proof.
