State 38 Distilling in Golden, Colorado, produces agave spirits from fair trade, certified organic blue weber agave juice sourced from Jalisco, Mexico. The distillery in Colorado handles fermentation and distillation on-site. The Wise King, the brand's añejo agave spirit, is aged for 12 months in new American oak barrels that have been medium charred and toasted. It is bottled at 90 proof.
