St. Agrestis, located in Brooklyn, produces aperitivo, digestivo, and ready-to-drink cocktails. Phony Negroni is their non-alcoholic version of the classic Italian cocktail, designed to deliver a similar bitterness and enhanced by carbonation to replicate an alcoholic bite. It can be served chilled directly from the bottle or over ice, and topping it with Prosecco creates a low-ABV Negroni Sbagliato. Launched in February 2022, it is sold in 12-packs of 200ml bottles for $59.99.
