NOSE Rye spice, dried fruit, oak, Necco Wafers, vanilla taffy, some spice and copper. Light and airy, but clearly a rye with a noticeable punch. PALATE Rye spice, woody oak, dried fruit, vanilla taffy, caramel syrup, some spice and copper. This sits between woody and oaky, suggesting it needs more time to mature. FINISH Medium -> Rye spice, copper, orange candy, spice.

About this bottle
Square 6 is an American whiskey brand made at Heaven Hill's Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, and this marks its second release. This microdistillery in Louisville, Kentucky, produces only one barrel of whiskey daily. Significantly, this release employs a novel mash bill for Heaven Hill: 63% rye, 24% corn, and 13% malted barley, representing the highest rye percentage Heaven Hill has used to date. Bottled at 95 proof, it became available in October 2022 at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience and select Kentucky retailers. (SRP $89.99)
