Capsule review from the 2023 New Orleans Bourbon Festival: An interesting combination of 60% Corn, 17% Wheat, 13% Oats, and 10% Caramel Malt; there's crisp apple in the nose which transitions into a sweet graham cracker on the palate with a short finish.
Pleasant aroma with notes of cherry, vanilla, and banana. The taste followed the aroma. The finish was moderately smooth with very little burn.
