About this bottle
This vodka is produced from certified organic wheat through a column distillation process. Subsequently, it matures in virgin white American oak barrels for 12 to 48 months. It then undergoes a triple re-distillation in copper pot-stills. Following distillation, the spirit enters a 3-to-6-month stabilization and aeration phase. The final product is bottled without any carbon filtration, chill-filtration, additives, or color adjustments.
