Spelta

Certainly one of the best vodkas available – smooth like water (so smooth it's barely recognizable as a vodka) but full and complex as if it were distilled rather than rectified. Made with clean ingredients – just water and spelta distillate. Pure pleasure to the very core. It pairs wonderfully with any food and can even be enjoyed neat, I believe (as I experienced).

The black caviar of wheat (winter wheat). A vodka without flaws. Medium body. The alcohol is noticeable at a 3/10 level. Almond sweetness in the aftertaste gives way to grassy notes.
