Nose: Apricot, stone fruit, light oak Palate: More of that stone fruit up front followed with vanilla and a big hit of baking spices towards the end Finish: Short-Medium, lingering baking spices Assumed to be an uncut version of their 60% Corn, 36% Rye, 4% Malted Barley, each blend draws from no more than 10 barrels with varied char and toast profiles. It's a very enjoyable sipper with a punch you expect from a higher proof pour.
