About this bottle

Siempre Tequila is produced from 100% blue weber agave cultivated in Jalisco, Mexico's Los Altos (Highland) region and Tequila Valley. The agaves, typically harvested after about eight years of growth, are slow-cooked in stone and brick ovens for approximately three days. This añejo expression is double-distilled and then matures for 12 months in ex-bourbon barrels.

Elijah Cuellar 3.5

Definitely worth sampling. Aroma: reminiscent of a warm, buttery waffle with honey/syrup and a standard agave profile. Body: the doughy warmth continues, giving way to a sweet cinnamon spice. Finish: a classic sweet agave ending that doesn't linger excessively.

Izaiah Dockery 4.0

A crisp Agave Spirit from Nom1438. It opens with an aroma of agave, nuts, spices, and earth; a full and complex character develops with notes of cooked agave, coconut, hazelnut, pepper, and nutmeg; leading to a rich and slightly creamy finish with notes of cake batter, oak, vanilla, butterscotch, and caramel.

Tobias Geary 5.0

Essences of chocolate, toffee, salted caramel, black peppercorn, honey, and vanilla. On the nose, vanilla and caramel are awakened by a hint of spice and are underlined by cooked agave. On the palate there is a smooth harmony quite similar to what appears in some very mature cognac.

Beulah Bailey 4.3

Aroma: sweet, chocolate, vanilla, with an underlying roasted agave Taste: abundant chocolate at the start with a very pleasant white pepper finish Overall: fantastic, the chocolate finish is truly distinctive

Joanne Hidalgo 5.0

A delightful añejo tequila, wonderfully smooth and full of flavor, a little sweet. Best enjoyed at room temperature, sipped from a snifter.

Amari Wise 4.0

Smells like candy cane with a dark caramel taste at the end. Quite unique!
