An intricate Agave Spirit created by Premium de Jalisco, S.A. de C.V. [NOM 1465] in Jalisco (Los Altos), Mexico. It spent 30 months aging in French and American oak. The nose presents agave, fruit, nuts, spices, tropical flowers, and wood. The palate offers rich notes of candied agave, honey, and roasted walnuts, leading to a complex, woody finish of medium duration with a taste reminiscent of a wooden tongue depressor. Sampled January/December 2023.
