An intense Agave Spirit crafted by Premium de Jalisco, S.A. de C.V. [NOM 1465] in Jalisco (Los Altos), Mexico; aged in French Limousin oak barrels for 15 months. It has an aromatic start with notes of cooked agave, fruits, flowers, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of pineapple, vanilla, candytuft & thyme; that led to a complex finish of medium length with notes of oak, nutmeg, Crème Brûlée, mushroom.
