It was made with agaves from the Highlands, aged 15 months in French and American oak barrels, and then filtered before bottling. The initial aroma presents cooked agave, floral, herbal, and spicy notes. The rich development includes caramel, orange blossoms, and thyme, leading to a complex, medium-length finish with notes of ash and metal. December 2023
