It was much better than I initially expected. Average but nothing that stands out. I had it neat. Nose - Fruit, vanilla and oak Palate - Cinnamon, oak, vanilla, raw dough and corn. It has a creamy mouthfeel that I did not expect. Not much finish but a mildly sweet oak lingers for awhile. The longer the bottle opened up the stronger the raw dough note became. What started out as a 3 ⭐️ bourbon ended up being a 2 ⭐️ bourbon.

Received as a holiday present from some friends. Rated 3 stars. Not overly complicated. Tasted straight. Will allow it to breathe for a while, and will sample again in about a month. Palatable. UPDATE August 3, 2017: Took this out again and had a small pour. Revised rating to 3.5 or possibly 4 stars. Pleasant aroma, solid taste. Wood, vanilla, cinnamon, some fruit, and perhaps a hint of black walnut. Quite pleasing. It evolved quite well. I would suggest it.

This bourbon shows potential - good flavors are present, but its immaturity obscures them with barrel tannins and astringency. The sweet corn comes through, yet I believe more aging or bottling at a higher proof would allow it to truly shine. I'm eager to see their future creations.

Upon tasting with three tiny ice cubes, the aroma presented oak and ethanol lightly. The mouthfeel offered oak and vanilla wafer. The finish lingered, quite agreeable. Honestly, the uniqueness of it being exclusive to GA merits half a star.

Isaac Hager 4.0

Nice, good flavor, smooth. Light drinking with a little bit of heat in the back of the throat. Great price point with flavor.

Dwight Canales 3.5

Sampled this at a Georgia bar. Solid taste. At this price, it's worth buying if you're in the state.
