This is a young (2.6 years), wheated bourbon bottled at 100 proof. There is some spice on the palate, but it goes down smoothly without heat. A subtle hint of smoke emerges, intensified by ice. This is a commendable effort from a new company, and I'm eager to see their future developments and how their bourbon matures in later batches.
