A pleasant smoky maple aroma, a sharp sweet nose with a warm, buttery body and a sugary maple crystal finish. It has a sweet warmth that lingers, and the initial sharpness quickly gives way to a subtly smooth, perfect winter flavor profile. It's not excessively sweet, which is something I'm particular about. While it could excel in cocktails, I'm thoroughly enjoying it neat. A dash of water reveals a butterscotch flavor.
