Truly mouthwatering! As it rests and airs, toasted marshmallow appears in both the aroma and taste. The finish is comforting and warm, offering that signature Kentucky embrace. It feels warmer than its stated 110 proof suggests, which I find appealing. The vanilla and oak notes become prominent in the rather extended finish as well.
